Your booking request was sent successfully and confirmation has been sent to your email address.
If your request is successful, you will soon receive a confirmation email from the booking officer.
Note that once confirmed, all Winter bookings are subject to a:
- 50% cancellation fee up to 21 days before the booking start date,
- 75% if cancelled within 21 days of a booking AND replacement Bookings are available,
- 100% if cancelled within 21 days of a booking AND the vacancy cannot be filled.
Limited exceptions are available only in the event of injury or illness. Please contact the booking officer immediately if this occurs.
Once your booking is confirmed, please pay within 7 days to secure your booking by the method you selected during the booking.
